These terms apply to your use of https://mealflow.pro and to every quotation, order and installation carried out by Lumasari Interior Systems Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202001042317 (1398654-K)), trading as Mealflow Interiors. Placing an order means you accept them. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

1. Website content

Photographs, text and drawings on this site are our property or used with permission, and are provided for general information. Colours render differently on screens; final finish selection should always be made from physical samples. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer — a project exists only once a written quotation is accepted.

2. Quotations and deposits

Quotations follow a site survey, are issued in writing, and remain valid for thirty days. The quoted figure is fixed for the surveyed scope; if you change the scope (additional rooms, revised lighting apertures, different finish class), we re-quote before proceeding. Fabrication begins after you approve the drawing and pay the deposit stated on the quotation; the balance falls due on the day of handover.

3. Site readiness

You agree to give our crew clear access to the room on the agreed date, with furniture moved or covered and any trades working overhead (wiring, air-con, sprinklers) completed beforehand. If the site is not ready and a visit is wasted, a remobilisation fee may apply — we will always tell you the amount before rebooking.

4. Installation and variations

We install to the approved drawing. Minor deviations discovered in the slab or walls (out-of-square corners, hidden services) are absorbed where possible; where they genuinely change the work, we pause and agree a variation with you in writing before continuing. The room is usable immediately after handover.

5. Warranty

Membranes carry a ten-year manufacturer-backed product warranty against yellowing, sagging and seam failure under normal indoor use. Our workmanship — track fixing, welding, tensioning — is guaranteed for two years from handover. The warranty does not cover punctures or cuts inflicted after handover, alterations by third parties, or damage from building movement and structural leaks; repairs in those cases are quoted at preferential rates.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that Malaysian law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with a project is capped at the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost rental income or business interruption.

7. Enquiries submitted online

Information sent through the enquiry form is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting the form does not create any obligation on either side.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the date of your quotation is the one that applies to your project.
