3D & Wave Ceiling Forms

When a flat plane is not enough: membranes tensioned over curved aluminium profiles to form waves, dunes, cones and floating islands that turn the ceiling into architecture.

Engineered Curves, Not Plaster Guesswork

Every 3D form starts as a digital model of your space. We bend the aluminium profiles to that geometry off-site, assemble the skeleton on your slab, and stretch the membrane over it in a single tensioned skin. The result weighs a fraction of a plasterboard equivalent and goes up in days rather than weeks of skim-and-sand.

Waves work beautifully down long retail corridors and above pools, where they echo the water. Floating islands solve acoustics and lighting in one move for open-plan offices. Cones and domes give banquet halls and lift lobbies the drama their volume asks for.

Combine forms with any surface in the library — a gloss wave doubles reflections into the curve, and a backlit island appears to hover on its own light.
