This policy explains how Lumasari Interior Systems Sdn. Bhd. (“Mealflow Interiors”, “we”, “us”), operator of the website https://mealflow.pro, handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you consent to the practices described below.

1. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, email address (if provided), project type and any details you include about your room or premises. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep the correspondence and the contact details attached to it.

Like most websites, our hosting environment also records basic technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — which we use solely for security monitoring and capacity planning.

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits and prepare quotations.
• To perform a contract with you: scheduling installation, issuing invoices, honouring warranties.
• To keep records that Malaysian tax and company law require us to keep.
• To improve this website using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, we do not send marketing blasts, and we will never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

3. Who sees your data

Access is limited to Mealflow staff who need it to serve you. We may share limited data with parties who help us operate: our web hosting provider, our accounting firm, and — where a project requires it — the installation crew assigned to your job. Each is bound to confidentiality. We disclose data to authorities only where the law compels us.

4. Where it lives and how long

Enquiry data is stored on secured systems accessible only to authorised personnel. We keep project records for seven years to satisfy statutory and warranty obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Enquiries that never become projects are purged within twenty-four months.

5. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further processing (which may limit our ability to serve you).
